The Evolution of the Traditional Library into Learning Commons

We recently hosted a workshop at the 2016 California Association of Independent School (CAIS) on Learning Commons: The Evolution of the Library.

Presenters of our workshop included four professionals involved in the design, implementation and utilization of the 21st Century Learning Commons: Lisa Rosenstein, Head of School of the Willows Community School; Dwight Long, Principal of Pfau Long Architecture; Kami Kinkaid, Senior Project Manager of Pfau Long Architecture; and Elizabeth DuPuis, Associate University Librarian, UC Berkeley.
