100 Hooper

August 10, 2015
Hundred Hooper replaces an existing mini-storage facility with the construction of a new 427,255 sf manufacturing and office project composed of three 4-story buildings. One building will be dedicated to providing space for local manufacturers while the other two buildings will feature additional ground-floor manufacturing space with office and/or institutional uses above. The mix of office and manufacturing uses comes alive in a central alley and plaza, designed with flexibility and durability in mind. The adjacent California College of Arts and Crafts offers opportunities for students as well as recent graduates to explore and develop innovative ideas. Likewise, local businesses can take advantage of the manufacturing campus atmosphere, cross pollinating with other makers and businesses. In the upper floors, open floor plates afford views of downtown and the bay, enjoying easy freeway access and proximity to Mission Bay and Potrero Hill.
