Cape Horn Lofts

November 20, 2014
The Cape Horn Lofts is a 16 unit live/work conversion of the historically land-marked brick and timber warehouse built in 1907. The conversion involved the seismic renovation of the existing masonry shell and two-story timber framing, while the addition of a new fourth floor and mezzanine level, created four rooftop, sleeping loft type units. An interior landscaped courtyard space is carved out of deep footprint, providing light, air, and a calming environment for all the units.
