Pfau Long is working with Plant Construction and Forest City to renovate Buildings 12 and 15 into a vibrant gathering space and maker space as part of the Pier 70 redevelopment master plan. This video shows the temporary relocation of the Building 15 structural frame to allow the new street scape and open space to be completed. In early 2020, Building 15 will be moved back to frame the Building 12 main entrance and a new 22nd Street will be routed beneath the immense steel structure. To watch the video, view link
